1. Identification of the Operator
CityFraction is a brand and technology platform operated by a group of independent companies: The Fractional Controller, Inc. (Florida, USA, document no. P12000081129), Prop Securitisation SCS (Luxembourg, RCS B278565) and Prop Management S.à r.l. (Luxembourg, RCS B274239). 2. What Each Company Does
• The Fractional Controller, Inc. (Florida Profit Corporation, filed on September 25, 2012, headquartered in Winter Garden, Florida): operation of CityFraction in the United States, relationships with clients in that country, and operation of the assets located there, including the rental cars in Miami. • Prop Securitisation SCS (Luxembourg): securitization vehicle in which the assets are structured and against which the fractions represent economic rights. • Prop Management S.à r.l. (Luxembourg): management and administration company of the securitization structure.
3. Public Registries
Each company's registrations are public and verifiable: Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz), the Medellín Chamber of Commerce for Antioquia, and the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS). Certificates and documents are available at cityfraction.com/nosotros#documentos.
4. Regulatory Status
CityFraction is not a bank, a trust company, a credit institution, a broker-dealer, or an investment adviser. None of the group companies is supervised by the Financial Superintendence of Colombia (Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia) or registered with the U.S. SEC as a broker-dealer or adviser. 5. Intellectual Property
The CityFraction brand, logo, design, text, proprietary photographs, software, and platform databases belong to the group companies or their licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted for the purpose of accessing the platform. Copying, mass extraction (scraping), modification, or commercial exploitation of any content without written authorization is prohibited. Third-party photographs (for example, from Airbnb or Turo listings) are used for informational purposes regarding the asset.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform links to or integrates with third-party services (payment gateways, Airbnb, Booking, Turo, maps, messaging). CityFraction does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of those services.
7. Restricted Jurisdictions
We do not accept users residing in countries subject to comprehensive UN or U.S. OFAC sanctions, or persons included on restrictive lists. We may restrict access from other countries where local regulations so require.
