CityFraction is the fractional real estate and rental-car platform of DATAINTER SAS (Colombia) and The Fractional Controller, Inc. (Florida, USA, since 2012). Each asset, short-stay accommodations in Cartagena, Miami, Madrid and Capri and rental cars in Miami, is split into fractions from USD 50 that carry economic rights over its income and value, through independent compartments of a securitisation vehicle whose jurisdiction (Europe, the United States or Colombia) each investor chooses. Income is calculated and credited daily; published returns are estimates, not guarantees, and the value of a fraction can go up or down. The secondary market does not guarantee liquidity. CityFraction is not a bank, is not supervised by the Colombian Financial Superintendence and does not make public offerings of securities. We verify every investor's identity (KYC and AML) and never ask for payments to personal accounts or for passwords by phone or WhatsApp.
